If you are unsure about how to configure the Wi-Fi, you may find it helpful to search for “iWFCAM APP” on YouTube, where numerous instructional videos are available. Please be aware that if you are unable to locate the Wi-Fi or if the camera fails to connect to the Wi-Fi, it is advisable to reset the camera.

To reset the camera, press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 to 15 seconds; this action will restore the camera to its factory settings.

To set up the Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:

1. Download the “iWFCAM APP” from either “Google Play” or the “App Store.”
2. Insert the Micro SD card into the camera.
3. Power on the camera.
4. After waiting for about 1 to 2 minutes, access your phone’s WLAN settings. You should see a Wi-Fi network labeled “BK…”. Connect to this network; no password is required.
5. Launch the “iWFCAM” App. The camera should indicate “Device Online.”
6. Click on the settings button, navigate to Wi-Fi settings, select the network ID, and enter your password. Once the configuration is successful, the app will display “Device Offline.” Please wait for 2 to 3 minutes; once the camera successfully connects to the router, it will again show “Device Online.” At this point, the remote viewing setup is complete.
