2. If you are unable to locate the Wi-Fi or if the camera fails to connect to the Wi-Fi, please proceed to reset the camera.
Q: How can I reset the camera?
A: To reset the camera, press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 to 15 seconds. This action will restore the camera to its factory settings.
How do I set up the Wi-Fi?
1. Download the “iWFCAM APP” from either “Google Play” or the “App Store.”
2. Insert the Micro SD card.
3. Power on the camera.
4. Allow 1 to 2 minutes for the camera to initialize. Then, access your phone’s WLAN settings, where you will find the Wi-Fi network labeled “BK…”. Connect to this Wi-Fi network; no password is required.
5. Launch the “iWFCAM” App. The camera will indicate “Device Online.”
6. Click on the settings button, navigate to Wi-Fi settings, select the ID, and enter your password. Once configured successfully, it will show “Device Offline.” Please wait 2 to 3 minutes; after the camera successfully connects to the router, it will again display “Device Online.” The remote viewing setup will then be complete.
Note: You may insert a bulb into the Holder Camera.
