Q: How can I reset the camera?
A: To reset the camera, press and hold the reset button for approximately 10-15 seconds; this will restore the camera to its factory settings.
How to set up the WIFI:
1. Download the “V380 PRO” application from either “Google Play” or the “App Store.”
2. Insert the Micro SD card.
3. Power on the camera.
4. Wait for about 1-2 minutes. Access your phone’s WLAN settings, and you will see the WIFI labeled “MV…”; connect to this WIFI without requiring a password.
5. Launch the “V380 PRO” application. The camera should indicate “Device Online.”
6. Click on the settings button, navigate to Wi-Fi settings, select the ID, and enter your password. Once configured successfully, it will show “Device Offline.” Please wait 2-3 minutes; after the camera successfully connects to the router, it will again display “Device Online.” The remote viewing setup will then be complete.

1. To reset the camera, locate the small black button designated as the reset button. Press and hold it for about 10-15 seconds to restore factory settings.
